Credit Officer, OG II - Risk Management
NBP is looking for highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented individuals in the area of Risk Management as Credit Officer (OG II).
Place of Posting:
Bannu, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Jhang, Lahore, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sukkur, Vehari.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Executive Credit in reviewing and analyzing credit proposals of SME and Agri, including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and climate related risks.
- Analyze working capital and requirements for both SME and Agri segments, including production and development loans as well as seasonal financing requirements.
- Comply with internal Policies and Regulatory guidelines.
- Structuring credit limits in conjunction with actual requirements of the borrowers and also in line with the offered collateral.
- Assist in rectifying internal / external audit observations.
- Coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information.
- Basic understanding of farm and non-farm credit lifecycles as awareness of green banking, environmental & social and climate related risks.
- Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Other Knowledge / Competencies:
- Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agri and SME financing products.
- Proficiency in Credit Analysis and Financial Statement Analysis.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Understanding of different types of collateral.
