Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil engineering projects within the LNH, including site preparation and construction oversight.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet the needs and are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out to the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environment and safety management system requirements, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma / B-Tech in Civil Engineering from any reputable engineering institution.
- 03 to 05 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
