Job Description & Overview
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Master/Graduate or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized institute.
2. An experienced Female Candidate, having 3-5 years of hostel management experience, preferably in Higher Educational institutes/setups.
Competencies:
First-hand experience in managing activities like:
a. Accommodation of hostel students.
b. Maintenance of hostel facilities, a safe, disciplined and supportive residential environment.
c. Managing day-to-day hostel administration.
d. Preparation of monthly mess bills.
e. Upkeeping the hostel facilities.
The candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve administrative problems.
Ability to create a positive environment through own passion and energy
Duty will be 24 hours (full time).
