Job Description & Overview
Qualification: -
• MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized university/ institution and postgraduate qualification in Medical Administration/ Health Professions Education (HPE). Preference will be given to candidates having certificate/ diploma/ master''s in the relevant field from PM&DC/ HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: -
• Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience of management, training, coordination, preferably in Medical educational institutions/ Universities and Healthcare setups of the public or private sector of well repute.
• Knowledge of National & international accreditation, teaching and quality standards in Medical Education will be an added advantage.
• Competency to establish performance management system & accountability at teaching institutions and hospitals.
• Excellent analytical and coordination skills.
• Proven leadership qualities to manage and facilitate teaching, clinical and administrative workforce.
• Ability to forecast, manage and monitor budgeting and financial resources to meet teaching and administrative requirements.
