Qualification:

ACMA, ACCA or Master''s in Accounting / Finance or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institutes.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.

Job Descriptions:

Payment Processing: Process payments, including vendor invoices, employee expenses, and other financial obligations in a timely and accurate manner.

Funds Management: Monitor and manage the organization''s cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for daily operations.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized financial records, including ledgers, journals, and electronic databases.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency between internal records and bank statements.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Budget Control: Collaborate with the finance team to manage and control expenses within the budget constraints.

Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding funds and payments.

Any Other task.

Skills and Expertise:

Previous experience as an accounts assistant, assistant officer, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience in Public Sector University will be given preference.
