Job Description & Overview

Education & Experience: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (16 years education from HEC recognized institute) with 05 years of relevant experienceRegistration with PEC is mandatory Age: Up to 40 years No. of Position: 02 Lahore & Gujranwala (01),Lahore & Sargodha (01) NOTE: This advertised post requires regular travel to mentioned duty station(s). The selected candidates may be posted at any of the relevant duty stations according to operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Conduct site inspections, verify work progress, and ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards. Maintain daily site check/inspection list, Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), and relevant compliance documentation. Supervise the inspection and maintenance schedules of electrical and mechanical systems installed at mass transit stations, depots, terminals and associated facilities. Monitor and maintain HT/LT electrical distribution systems, transformers, generators, UPS, HVAC, lifts, escalators, fire safety systems and other E&M equipment, as applicable. Conduct energy audits to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. Preparation of Engineer Estimates, BOQs, Drawings and specifications for E&M works. Scrutinize and verify invoices, contractors’ bills and payment claims related to E&M works. Perform technical calculations for electrical loads, cables, transformers, circuit breakers (MCBs/MCCBs) and other electrical equipment. Solar PV systems installation, operation, maintenance, performance evaluation, and energy generation, ensuring compliance with approved designs and applicable technical standards. Coordinate with relevant Government Departments, utility companies, consultants and contractors regarding electrical connections, technical approvals and execution of E&M works. Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support organizational objectives, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
