Pakistan / GlobalProgram Overview & Details
The Honhaar Scholarship 2026 is now open for students in Punjab. The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) runs the program. It pays the tuition fee of selected undergraduate students, so families do not have to carry that cost. However, the last date is close. You must apply online before 9 November 2026.
The Chief Minister of Punjab started this program to help bright students who cannot afford higher education. The government pays the tuition fee, and the student can focus on studies. According to the latest announcement, the program has supported 160,000 students so far. It also offers about 70 disciplines, from Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science to Engineering, Social Sciences, MBBS and BDS.
