Iqra University's admission page has no separate Spring section. The only Spring-specific detail is the schedule, so the rest below is the general admission information that applies to every intake, rewritten in my own words. The page doesn't say which programs open in Spring, so confirm that with admissions before publishing.

Spring Admissions at Iqra University
The Spring semester runs from March to June. Admissions for it begin in November, about two months before classes start. Iqra University runs open admissions with rolling deadlines, so you can apply through the online portal as soon as the campaign opens.

Programs Offered
Iqra University offers programs across several faculties:

  • Business Administration: Associate Degrees, BBA, BS programs, MBA, MS, MPhil and PhD.
  • Engineering Sciences and Technology: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Telecommunication, BE programs, and MS and PhD in Computer Science.
  • Fashion and Design: Fashion Design and Textile Design.
  • Education and Social Sciences: Associate Diploma in Education, B.Ed., BS English, and MPhil and PhD programs.
  • Pharmacy: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
  • Health and Sciences: Doctor of Physical Therapy and BS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Media Sciences: Bachelor's and Master's programs.

Eligibility for Business Programs
Four-year bachelor's programs need at least 50% in HSSC or an equivalent. BS Commerce needs 33% in Intermediate from any background. Two or two-and-a-half-year bachelor's programs need 15 years of schooling with a business degree, or 14 years with a non-business degree. Master's programs need 16 years of education with a 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA. Associate Degrees need 50% in Intermediate from any background. MPhil and PhD applicants need a relevant postgraduate degree and a minimum CGPA. PhD applicants also need a GAT (Subject) score of at least 60% or a GRE Subject score at the 60th percentile.

Eligibility for Engineering and Technology Programs
BS programs need at least 50% in HSSC Pre-Engineering. Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science students, A-Level students with Maths, Physics and Chemistry, and DAE holders with 50% are also eligible. BE programs need 60% in Pre-Engineering plus an entry test. MS and PhD in Computer Science need a relevant degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and 3.0 respectively.

Eligibility for Other Faculties
Fashion and Design, Media Studies, ADE, B.Ed. and BS English need at least 45% in HSSC, or 60% in a Diploma. Pharm.D. and DPT need 60% in Pre-Medical. Nutrition and Dietetics needs 50% in Pre-Medical or Home Economics. MPhil and PhD in Education or English need a relevant degree and a minimum CGPA, with an entry test score (GAT or UAT, or a Subject test for PhD).

Foreign Qualifications
Applicants with A-Levels or any foreign qualification must submit an equivalence certificate from IBCC.

How to Apply
Applying is done entirely online:

  1. Register on the admission portal at admissions.iqra.edu.pk with your name, email, phone number and preferred campus. You will receive an Applicant ID and an Admission Code.
  2. Fill in the admission form (program, personal details, address, guardian details and academic record). Upload a passport-size photo, your CNIC and your scanned documents.
  3. Pay the Rs. 1,000 non-refundable processing fee and upload the voucher.
  4. Receive your admit card, or email admission@iqra.edu.pk if it doesn't arrive.
  5. Take the computer-based entrance test, which covers English, Mathematics, General Knowledge and IQ.
  6. Attend the interview, which is held on test day or at a time they tell you.
  7. Pay the semester fee voucher issued after you clear both steps. It serves as your provisional offer letter. Upload the paid copy, and your Student ID will follow.

Scholarships
Scholarships and financial assistance are available. Students with strong Intermediate or A-Level results, or a strong admission test, can earn up to 35% off first-semester tuition. Scholarships for sports achievers, siblings, alumni, differently abled students and need-based cases are also available.

Refund Policy
New applicants can get a full refund up to the 10th day of classes, 80% up to the 15th day, 60% up to the 20th day, and 50% up to the 30th day. After that, no refund is given.
