General Submission Guidelines

1. Application forms can be downloaded from the official website (www.wsscdikhan.pk) or official Facebook page. Duly completed applications accompanied by attested copies of educational and employment testimonials must reach the CEO office.
2. Completed applications, alongside required attested documents and proof of application fee payment, must reach the office on or before 20-09-2026 at 05:00 PM via registered courier service. Applications submitted by hand, email, or received after the deadline will not be entertained.
3. Age relaxation is admissible as per prevailing rules.
4. Candidates currently serving in Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Organizations must apply through proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
5. All positions are offered on a contractual basis for a specified period, subject to extension based on WSSCD HR Manual provisions.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/presentation.
7. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms along with separate processing fees for each post.
8. Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will result in immediate disqualification.
9. Degrees/Diplomas obtained from foreign universities require an HEC equivalence certificate.
10. Dismissed, removed, or terminated employees from any public or private sector organization on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interviews or presentations.
12. Female, Minority, Disabled, and Transgender candidates meeting eligibility criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.
13. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Dera Ismail Khan Domicile.

Qualification Evaluation Criteria (Total: 100 Marks)

Note: Detailed qualification assessment criteria will be applied in accordance with the approved recruitment policy/criteria of WSSCD. Market-based salaries will be offered in line with the HR Manual and approved salary structure. WSSCD reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
