Job Description & Overview

Master’s degree (18 years’ qualification) in Transport Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Urban Planning / Energy Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Environmental Engineering from an HEC recognized university with 08 years of relevant experience Experience in management positions dealing with environmental matters in the area of green finance, carbon markets, project identification notes, project development document green markets, green and sustainable practices, CDM, etc.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Review the public sector projects and sift the potential projects Preparation of project information notes & coordinate for completion of PDDs Coordinate with the international evaluators/ consulting firms for successful development and registration of projects, validation/ verification through VVBs, MRV and then monetization of the carbon credits. Tracking of project/ monitoring progress Responsible for necessary coordination with the relevant departments and authorities Carryout complete cycle of carbon credits right starting from preparation of PINs to monetization of credits Build capacity of the team with regards to every practical aspect of carbon credits Any other task assigned by the higher authorities.
