Mandatory Technical Requirements:
Frontend: React.js — component lifecycle, hooks, routing (React Router), state management
Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API — dependency injection, middleware, JWT authentication, Dapper / ADO.NET
Database: Microsoft SQL Server — stored procedures, functions, views, joins, indexing, query tuning
Version Control: Git — feature branching, Git Flow, code review via pull requests
OOP & Design Patterns: Repository pattern, Factory, Singleton, Service layer architecture
AI Tools: Claude, Copilot, or equivalent AI coding assistants — mandatory daily use
Docker: Multi-stage Dockerfiles, docker-compose for local development
CI/CD: Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent — plus
Competencies & Personal Attributes:
Strong ownership mindset — accountable for delivery quality and timelines.
Ability to context-switch between frontend, backend, and database layers efficiently.
Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across the stack.

Areas of Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development
Lead and deliver end-to-end development across React (frontend) and .NET (backend) layers.
Design and implement RESTful APIs with ADO.NET and SQL Server as the data layer.
Build reusable, scalable React components following modern patterns (hooks, context API, lazy loading).
Implement .NET Web API endpoints with proper authentication, authorization, and error handling.
Write optimized SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and views for business logic and reporting.
AI-Assisted Development (Mandatory)
Mandatory: Use Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent AI tools as a core part of the development workflow.
Promote and enforce AI-augmented coding practices within the team for maximum independent output.
Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, and test case creation.
Integration & DevOps
Manage Git branching, merging, and pull request workflows across the team.
Configure and maintain Docker containers for consistent development and deployment environments.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation testing.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
Conduct code reviews and enforce quality gates across the full stack.
Mentor junior full-stack developers and pair-program to accelerate skill development.
Collaborate with UX designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to translate requirements into working software.
Prepare technical documentation including API contracts, data flow diagrams, and deployment runbooks.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 08 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. At least 4 years in a team lead or senior developer capacity. Demonstrable portfolio of React + .NET applications. Public-sector or enterprise-grade software experience preferred.
Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Public Sector Regulatory Authority.
