Job Description & Overview

Qualification and Experience: i Bachelor's degree (Hons) in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or any other relevant / similar degree from an HEC recognized University; and ii 5 years’ post qualification experience in the relevant field including at least one years’ experience in public sector. Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Public Sector Regulatory Authority. Competencies & Personal Attributes: Analytical skills. Presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Oral and written skills

Areas of Responsibilities: Conversion of BRDs into: SRS (System Requirements Specification) FRS (Functional Requirements Specification) System design specifications System Architecture Design Multi-tier architecture (presentation / application / data layers) Modular system design for scalability Microservice-oriented structuring (where applicable) Workflow-driven system architecture aligned with governance processes Integration Architecture API-based interoperability design across departmental systems Data exchange layer design (secure service-to-service communication) Middleware coordination for cross-system synchronization Database & Data Layer Design Logical and physical data modelling Entity-relationship structuring for monitoring datasets Data normalization and indexing strategy (high-level design) Data governance alignment (consistency, integrity, lineage) SDLC Oversight (Technical Coordination Role) Requirement ? Design ? Development ? Testing ? Deployment lifecycle coordination UAT planning and validation support System regression and integration testing coordination System Quality & Reliability Engineering Performance optimization planning (response time, throughput) Scalability planning for high-volume monitoring data Security architecture alignment (role-based access, audit trails) Documentation: System architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD level) API documentation standards Deployment and configuration guides
