National Aerospace Science& Technology ParkHomeJobsContact Us Job DetailsApply for this JobDepartmentUnmanned ForceJob TypeContractualStationNASTP KamraGenderBothLast Date to Apply04-09-2026Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor Quality Management System to join our dynamic team on full-time basis.Job Responsibilities·        The individuals will be responsible for conducting audits of the Production process and Quality Inspections of the Products (Parts, Components, and Assemblies) according to the Acceptance Standards. They will perform detailed inspections of weapon systems and airframe structures, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements, and military/aerospace quality standards.·        This includes Receipt Inspections, In-Production Inspections, and Outgoing Inspections. This also includes routine company process auditing to comply with company Quality Assurance Standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for weapon-specific inspections and airframe inspections. They shall document non-conformances, initiate corrective action requests, and support root cause analysis for quality failures.Qualification·        DAE in Mechanical Engineering, Optical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Materials Science, or related fields.Experience·        Work experience of at least 3 to 7 years with 1 to 2 years in on-site quality control or product inspection for electronic productsSkills·        The ideal candidates will possess the right skills and experience to ensure the Quality of the system and product.·        They shall be proficient in using Computer and IT equipment, related electronic instruments, and PMEs. Additionally.·        They shall demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret quality data, identify root causes of non-conformances, and recommend corrective action.·        They should be capable of training staff on inspection techniques, documentation practices, and safety protocols.·        Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 quality management principles, auditing processes. AS 9100:D, BS 8888. National AerospaceScience & Technology Park
