The role involves preliminary review and analysis of financial requests from multiple divisions and parks before submission for review & approval. The incumbent will also assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits while ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls.Job Responsibilities· Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers, and record all financial transactions, receipts and vendor invoices into the accounting system with correct cost center and expense allocations.· Recording of tenant invoices received from parks and perform regular reconciliations of tenant accounts to track receivables and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Parks.· Coordinate with internal departments, divisions and parks to gather supporting documents, resolve queries, and ensure smooth financial workflows.· Support the month-end and year-end closing processes through timely journal entries, account reconciliations, schedule preparations, and the generation of monthly financial reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements· Record and manage fixed asset register (additions, disposals, and depreciation) alongside inter-company transaction recordings and reconciliations.· Review financial cases for payments and approvals by verifying supporting documentation (contracts, invoices, cost estimates) against budgets, policies, and internal controls.· Maintain organized financial records for reporting and audit purposes· Support process improvements in accounting and reporting functions· Perform any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments assigned by the line managerQualification· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field or Professional Qualification (Finalist) ACCA / CA / CMAExperience· 1 to 2 years of relevant experienceSkills· Understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles· Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and reconciliations· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach in identifying issues and seeking guidance· Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the finance functionAdditional Notes· The final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
