Candidates applying for Sub Engineer - Civil should hold a minimum qualification of EITHER (a) four-year B.E./B.Sc./B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university under a PEC-accredited engineering programme; OR (b) three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education. For DAE holders: at least 3 years of relevant post-diploma field experience. Experience must relate to civil construction, foundations, structural/site works, materials testing or field measurements. Candidates must be able to read basic drawings, maintain measurements and quality/site records and report unsafe work. Preferred Experience: Experience in reinforced-concrete works, surveying, solar foundations, mounting experience as specified by Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB).
