Job Description & Overview

QUALIFICATION Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management/ Business Administration/ Project Management or BSc Engineering EXPERIENCE In general, 08 years of relevant work experience in matters related to procurement, bids administration etc. 4 years of experience of working in similar projects/assignments.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical leadership on activities related with procurement and of project interventions including development and implementation of project procurement plan as per the World Bank/Government of Punjab’s guidelines. Lead the process of the development, review, updating and implementation of the Procurement Plan as required. Develop and implement PIMU’s procurement related requirements including scope of work, performance objectives, technical specifications, and all other necessary and the relevant information related to procurement. Verify and vet the standard bidding documents, and add special terms and conditions, if required, to support effective procurement for PRSWSSP projects. Ensure the effective implementation of all processes of procurement including but not limited to shopping method, publication of advertisements, EOIs, RFPs Supervise the process of evaluation of the bids and preparation, submission and finalization of bid evaluation reports/results
