Job Description & Overview

The Finance Specialist will ensure the control mechanism to enhance the accuracy of Financial information and to comply with the audit requirements.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

1. Monthly compilation of Trial Balance including Accruals (Programme and Non- Programme) for timely and accurate monthly reporting including Budget Vs Actual 2. Monthly preparation of various reconciliations which includes but not limited to Inter company, Employee’s advances & their adjustments, TSP’s balances, taxes payable etc. 3. Support in preparation of Annual Budgets and assistance to Manager Finance and CFO till BOD approval & regular monitoring of Budget after approval 4. Verification of accounting entries into SAP for correct postings and guidance to all related staff 5. Support in External Audit starting from Final Trial Balance till disclosure requirements in Financial Statements as per applicable governing rules and liaison with external auditors to complete audit in timely manne 6. Assistance to CFO and Manager Finance in daily operations including team management, funds management and raising requisitions to Donors 7. Any other tasks assigned by CFO and Manager Finance
