Job Description & Overview

Support planning and implementation of programme activities in line with approved work-plans and timelines. Coordinate with training partners for participant nominations, batch planning, and training schedules. Manage training logistics, including coordination with training partners, venues, virtual platforms, and materials. Maintain programme documentation including correspondence, approvals, attendance records, and training reports. Assist in coordination with training partners for overseeing and conduct of screening tests and final nominations of selected candidates. Support procurement processes by assisting in TOR drafting, documentation, and coordination with vendors. Collect, compile, and analyze monitoring data including participant feedback and completion statistics. Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and Steering Committee. Assist in coordination of third-party evaluations and quality assurance activities.
