Job Description & Overview

Support implementation and day-to-day operational management of project activities in accordance with approved plans and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of project activities. Monitor implementation progress, maintain activity trackers, and follow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables. Assist in preparation of progress reports, presentations, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and management updates. Support procurement, contract management, vendor coordination, and administrative processes as required. Maintain project documentation, records, correspondence, and governance artifacts. Facilitate meetings, workshops, consultations, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. Support monitoring and evaluation activities, data collection, and reporting against project indicators and targets. Identify implementation issues and risks and escalate them through appropriate channels. Perform any other assignment entrusted by the Project Director, Senior Program Manager, or Program Managers.
