Job Description & Overview

Lead overall implementation and operations of the fiberization project and execution of annual work plans. Oversee development and execution of the Fiberization Plan and rollout strategy. Lead technical evaluation of ISP proposals and deployment plans. Ensure adherence to technical standards, rollout targets, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with telecom operators, ISPs, local governments, and regulatory bodies. Liaise with internal departments, government bodies, and external stakeholders for operational matters. Facilitate inter-departmental coordination to resolve operational issues. Supervise subsidy implementation, deployment monitoring, and reporting. Review progress against KPIs and address implementation bottlenecks. Lead investor engagement activities and stakeholder coordination. Prepare progress reports and implementation updates for the Project Director. Monitor operational progress and prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management. Ensure compliance with project governance and operational procedures.
