This role requires high attention to detail in executing mechanical assembly procedures, ensuring structural integrity through proper shaft alignment, bearing fitting, and fastener torquing, while providing critical hands-on support to the engineering team during system build phases.Job Responsibilities·        The candidate will be responsible for the complete mechanical assembly of servo housing and gearbox systems, ensuring all components are fitted and aligned according to technical drawings and assembly specifications.·        This includes performing precision bearing fitting, shaft alignment, and proper fastener torquing to maintain mechanical standards.·        The technician will execute complex cable routing, ensure proper cable management, and maintain rigorous documentation throughout the assembly process.·        Additionally, the role involves providing direct hands-on support to mechanical engineers during system integration, performing quality checks on completed assemblies, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the mechanical assembly area.Qualification·        DAE in Mechanical or equivalent.Experience·        3-5 years of relevant experience is requiredSkills·Mechanical Assembly: Expertise in gear train and servo housing assembly, bearing fitting, and shaft alignment.·Technical Drawings:Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex 2D and 3D mechanical engineering drawings.·Precision Tooling:Ability to use torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, and other precision measurement and assembly tools.·Routing:Experience in structured cable routing and mechanical assembly organization.·Reliability:Strong understanding of fastening techniques and mechanical structural integrity.·Collaboration:Ability to work closely with engineers during prototype build and system integration phases.Additional Notes·        The final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
