The position requires using precision instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers to strictly verify dimensional accuracy, ensure required surface finishes, report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors, and perform any additional operational tasks assigned by the Project Director.Job Responsibilities·        Operate different machines such as CNC lathe, milling, drilling.·        Manufacture components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications.·        Perform precision measurements using micrometers, vernier calipers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions of manufactured parts as per drawing.·        Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.·        Report defects, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards to the supervisor.·        Any other task assigned by Project Director.Qualification·        Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.Experience·        3-5 Years practical experience is required of conventional and CNC machines.Skills·        Practical knowledge and hands-on experience of manual and CNC machines.·        Interpret dimensions and tolerances.·        Understand properties of metals.·        Able to choose correct cutting speed and feed.Additional Notes·        The final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
