Key duties include assisting with logistics tracking, maintaining log files, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing general administrative support.Job Responsibilities·        Inventory management, procurement support, BOC action and record keeping.·        Support daily supply chain operations and provide administrative assistance.·        Assist in tracking deliveries and logistic records.·        Maintain log files and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.·        Any other task assigned by Project Director.Qualification·        Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent.·        Basic knowledge of supply chain and office managementExperience·        3-5 Years practical experience in supply chain operation and office assistance.Skills·       Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and email systems.·        Ability to work in multi-dimensional environment with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.Additional Notes·        The final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
