The role requires practical troubleshooting and timely escalation of technical or security-related issues.Job Responsibilities·        Supervise installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, approved software, printers, and peripheral devices.·        Monitor network connectivity, antivirus status, security patches, backups, and basic system alerts.·        Manage user accounts and access permissions according to approved authorization procedures.Qualification·        DAE in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication, or an equivalent relevant discipline.Experience·        Preferably 3-5 years of relevant practical experience. Maximum age limit: 35 years.Skills·        Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, and peripheral devices.·        Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers, user accounts, backups, antivirus, and access controls.·        Ability to troubleshoot routine hardware, software, and network problems.Additional Notes:·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
