The role requires strict compliance with approved test procedures, safety precautions, and maintenance of accurate test records.Job Responsibilities·        Supervise engine installation, test-bench preparation, fuel, ignition, exhaust, cooling, and instrumentation setup.·        Perform pre-test inspections, leak checks, tool checks, area clearance, and safety briefings before engine operation.·        Execute or supervise engine run-in, functional, performance, endurance, and acceptance tests according to approved procedures.·        Record engine speed, temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, vibration, operating time, and observed behavior.·        Identify abnormal noise, temperature, vibration, leakage, or performance and stop/escalate testing when required.·        Maintain test logs, equipment status, calibration records, maintenance details, safety controls, and housekeeping of the test area.Qualification·        DAE in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or an equivalent relevant discipline.Experience·        Preferably 3-5 years of relevant engine maintenance, operation, or test experience. Maximum age limit: 35 years.Skills·        Practical knowledge of internal-combustion engines, fuel, ignition, lubrication, cooling, and exhaust systems.·        Ability to operate basic engine-test instruments and record performance parameters accurately.·        Understanding of test procedures, pre-test inspections, abnormal-condition identification, and emergency shutdown.·        Basic mechanical troubleshooting and safe use of tools, test benches, and measuring equipment.·        Strong safety awareness, supervision, documentation, discipline, and teamwork.Additional Notes:·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
