This role focuses on ensuring laboratory efficiency through precise PCB assembly, hardware modification, and maintenance of test infrastructure.Job Responsibilities·        The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the engineering team through expert PCB inspection, precision soldering, and complex rework of electronic assemblies.·        This includes the preparation of custom test fixtures, bench wiring for prototype systems, and meticulous component inventory management to support seamless project workflows.·        The technician will assist in the setup and operation of various test equipment during hardware integration and debugging phases.·        Additionally, the role involves maintaining the laboratory environment, organizing test tools, and ensuring that all hardware under test is handled with care and accuracy to meet engineering requirements.Qualification·        DAE in Electronics / Electrical or equivalent.Experience·        3-5 years of relevant experience is required.Skills·Soldering & Rework:Expert proficiency in manual soldering (SMD/Through-hole) and component rework/repair on complex PCBs.·Assembly:Capability to fabricate custom wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and test fixtures.·Inspection:Familiarity with visual PCB inspection and identification of common assembly defects.·Test Equipment:Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and function generators.·Inventory Management:Practical experience in tracking, organizing, and managing electronic components and laboratory assets.·Technical Support:Strong troubleshooting assistance during bench testing and hardware integration.Additional Notes·        The final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
