The role requires compliance with approved drawings, workmanship standards, testing procedures, ESD controls, and traceability requirements.Job Responsibilities·        Supervise assembly and installation of wiring harnesses, connectors, electrical panels, sensors, actuators, and electronic components.·        Verify drawings, wiring diagrams, pin details, bills of material, component identification, and work instructions before assembly.·        Ensure correct wire preparation, crimping, soldering, routing, clamping, shielding, labelling, and connector termination.·        Conduct or supervise continuity, insulation, polarity, and basic functional checks using approved test equipment.·        Maintain assembly records, component traceability, inspection status, defect reports, and rework details.·        Enforce ESD precautions, tool control, electrical safety, cleanliness, and proper supervision of technical staff.Qualification·        DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent relevant discipline.Experience·        Preferably 3-5 years of relevant electrical/electronic assembly experience. Maximum age limit: 35 years.Skills·        Ability to read wiring diagrams, connector pinouts, electrical drawings, and assembly instructions.·        Practical skills in wire preparation, crimping, soldering, harness routing, labelling, and connector assembly.·        Ability to use multimeters, continuity testers, insulation testers, and common electrical tools.·        Basic understanding of ESD control, polarity, grounding, shielding, workmanship, and electrical safety.·        Good supervision, defect identification, documentation, discipline, and teamwork.Additional Notes:·       Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
