The role focuses on workmanship, dimensional accuracy, safe tool use, and completion of production records.Job Responsibilities·        Supervise assembly of airframe parts, structural subassemblies, control surfaces, and final airframe sections.·        Verify availability and correctness of drawings, materials, fasteners, adhesives, tools, jigs, and fixtures before assembly.·        Ensure drilling, fitting, fastening, bonding, sealing, and related assembly work is completed according to approved procedures.·        Check alignment, dimensions, fit, surface condition, and general workmanship during and after assembly.·        Maintain work records, component traceability, defect reports, rework details, and job-completion status.·        Manage technical staff, tool control, safety, cleanliness, and orderly use of the assembly area.Qualification·        DAE in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Production, Industrial Technology, or an equivalent relevant discipline.Experience·        Preferably 3-5 years of relevant structural or mechanical assembly experience. Maximum age limit: 35 years.Skills·        Ability to read mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, dimensions, and basic tolerances.·        Practical knowledge of mechanical fitting, drilling, fastening, bonding, and structural assembly methods.·        Safe use of hand tools, power tools, torque tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.·        Ability to identify workmanship defects and coordinate inspection or rework.·        Good supervision, record keeping, safety awareness, discipline, and teamwork.Additional Notes:·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
