Job Description & Overview

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; a master’s degree shall be preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in construction or infrastructure project management. Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary coordination, contract administration, project controls, and senior stakeholder management Lead the PMU and establish project execution, reporting, coordination, risk-management, and escalation arrangements. Coordinate activities across both project locations and maintain liaison with senior management, client representatives, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. Monitor physical and financial progress against approved scope, milestones, budgets, contracts, and implementation plans. Ensure timely resolution of technical, contractual, financial, procurement, quality, safety, and site-interface issues. e. Review management reports, critical risks, delays, variations, claims, and corrective actions, and submit recommendations to the competent authority.
