Candidates applying for Network / System Administrator should hold a minimum qualification of Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), Years of Education, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering/Sciences, Computer Engineering/Science with At least 4 years of experience administering networks, servers and cloud infrastructure in a production environment.Skills & Competencies:• Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)• Cloud infrastructure administration (AWS/Azure/GCP)• Server and endpoint administration (Linux/Windows)• Backup, disaster-recovery and monitoring tools• Basic security hygiene and incident escalationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• System and network uptime against agreed service levels.• Timeliness of infrastructure- experience as specified by Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit.
