The role is responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services while maintaining compliance, documentation, quality, and traceability requirements.Job Responsibilities·        Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and material readiness.·        Prepare procurement plans, sourcing strategies, delivery schedules, and priorities in line with project requirements.·        Coordinate purchase requisitions, RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, contracts, and follow-up with suppliers.·        Ensure timely availability of materials and services while monitoring shortages, lead times, stock levels, and critical items.·        Oversee local and imported shipments, transportation, documentation, customs coordination, and receipt of materials.·        Monitor procurement budgets, cost savings, supply-chain risks, KPIs, and submit regular reports to management.·        Ensure compliance with approved procurement procedures, contractual requirements, audit observations, security, and ethical standards.Qualification·        Master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent relevant discipline.Experience·        Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or vendor management, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or complex engineering projects. Maximum age limit is 45 years.Skills·        Strong knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing, tendering, purchasing, and supplier management.·        Practical understanding of inventory control, warehousing, logistics, material planning, and ERP-based supply-chain processes.·        Ability to evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and monitor supplier performance.·        Strong analytical ability for demand forecasting, cost control, risk assessment, and supply-chain reporting.·        Working knowledge of procurement documentation, audit compliance, import procedures, and material traceability.ADDITIONAL NOTES·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
