This role requires expertise in high-speed rotating machinery, precision mechanical design, and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on rotor dynamics, vibration analysis, and mechanical reliability assessment.Job Responsibilities·        The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end mechanical design of motor systems, including rotor shaft design, bearing selection and preload, as well as housing and end-bell configurations.·        This includes gear train design, reduction ratio calculations, and rigorous mechanical tolerance analysis to ensure assembly precision.·        The role involves managing mechanical reliability, implementing design for manufacturability (DFM) principles, and overseeing the manufacturing process through vendor coordination and component inspection.·        Furthermore, the engineer will address the complexities of high-speed rotating machinery, including balancing requirements and vibration analysis, while ensuring all designs meet functional and environmental specifications.Qualification·        Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.Experience·        5-7 Years of relevant experience is required.Skills·Rotating Machinery:Expertise in rotor dynamics, bearing preload techniques, and high-speed balancing requirements.·Gear & Transmission:Proficiency in gear train design, reduction ratio calculations, and mechanical power transmission.·CAD & Documentation:Advanced 3D CAD modeling and manufacturing drawing generation (GD&T).·Analysis:Practical experience in vibration analysis, mechanical reliability assessment, and tolerance stack-up analysis.·Manufacturing:Strong knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and vendor coordination for machined components.·Inspection:Capability to perform quality inspections and validation of manufactured mechanical parts.Additional Notes·       The final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
