The role is responsible for achieving approved production targets while maintaining quality, configuration, safety, and traceability requirements.Job Responsibilities·        Manage daily manufacturing, assembly, integration, and production-support activities for UAV systems.·        Prepare and control production schedules, manpower deployment, material requirements, and work priorities.·        Coordinate airframe, electrical/avionics, propulsion, final integration, quality, and test activities.·        Ensure work is performed against approved drawings, bills of material, work instructions, and configuration baselines.·        Monitor inspections, non-conformances, rework, corrective actions, and closure of production issues.·        Ensure availability, proper use, maintenance, and calibration of tools, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment.·        Coordinate with procurement, stores, vendors, and quality teams for timely material and component readiness.·        Track production KPIs, delays, risks, wastage, and resource constraints and submit regular management reports.·  Enforce industrial safety, workplace discipline, training, housekeeping, and continuous-improvement practices.Qualification·        Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.Experience·        Minimum 7-10 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in UAV, aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex electromechanical systems. Maximum age limit: 45 years.Skills·        Strong knowledge of production planning, mechanical/electrical assembly, integration, and manufacturing control.·        Ability to interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, specifications, and work instructions.·        Working knowledge of quality control, configuration management, traceability, non-conformance, and corrective-action processes.·        Experience in manpower planning, vendor coordination, material control, tooling, and production reporting.·        Strong problem-solving, supervisory, leadership, and continuous-improvement skills.·        Good communication, coordination, documentation, and decision-making ability.Additional Notes:·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
