Job Description & Overview

Oversee documentation and inventory control for assets, replacements, and maintenance Implement and maintain TIA-942 aligned facility standards, ensuring compliance with best practices for mission-critical datacenter environments. Oversee Building Management Systems (BMS) and environmental monitoring platforms to ensure: Optimal operating conditions Early detection of anomalies Proactive incident prevention Manage operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, fire control, HVAC, and related Data Center Passive Network Management/ Ethernet/ Fiber Cable Laying, Labeling and Management. Coordinate and execute maintenance contracts while adhering to budget Develop long-term facility plans and lead projects with effective team Utilize strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills to optimize facility Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, vendors, and Ensure timely execution and monitoring of DC facility maintenance contracts within Maintain comprehensive documentation of assets, contracts, and maintenance records.
