- Comprehensive knowledge of KPPRA Act, Rules & Regulations, Govt procurement procedures, and contract management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP-based procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Preference given to candidates with experience in PPP health sector projects or hospital outsourcing.
