Candidates applying for Head of Responsible AI & Compliance should hold a minimum qualification of Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), Years of Education, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Public Policy, Artificial Intelligence with At least 10 years in AI/technology governance, regulatory affairs, or responsible-AI/compliance leadership, including 3+ years leading a governance or compliance function.Skills & Competencies:• AI governance frameworks and risk classification• Regulatory and policy drafting• Algorithmic impact assessment and audit design• Data protection and privacy law• Stakeholder and institutional engagement at senior levelKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Percentage of AI deployments assessed and complian experience as specified by Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit.
