Job Description & Overview

Election Commission of Pakistan invites applications for the permanent post of Sub Assistant (BPS-11) at ECP Secretariat, Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Qualification: Matriculation - Matriculation (Any), Min Division: Second Division, Grade: Pass Required Skills: Three (03) weeks basic IT training course including MS Office recognized by Government Minimum Typing speed of thirty (30) words per minute Instructions: i. All the interested candidates may apply through ECP’s Online Recruitment System (ORS) by visiting the website i.e., www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 20 days of the printing of the advertisement in the newspapers. ii. Relaxation of upper age limit including 05 years’ general relaxation over and above the prescribed age limit shall also be admissible under the Initial Appointment to Civil posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993. iii. Persons already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. iv. Basic IT training course/certification is mandatory for the said posts duly recognized and affiliated from the Government. v. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview. vi. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. vii. The Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason(s). viii. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment of advertised post; partially or totally without assigning any reason. ix. Applications received after cut-off date shall not be entertained.
