Job Description & Overview

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized Institute / University. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Experience: 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in civil construction / infrastructure projects / project estimation / consultancy / contracting or public-sector projects.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Preparation and verification of detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs. Preparation of cost estimates for civil/infrastructure projects. Application and interpretation of MRS rates. Preparation of detailed rate analysis for civil works. Reading, reviewing and preparing AutoCAD drawings. Understanding and assessment of civil structures, foundations, RCC, steel reinforcement, masonry, roads, drainage and related infrastructure. Preparation/review of technical specifications and tender documents. Measurement and verification of quantities at site. Technical review of contractors' estimates, rates, variations and claims. Monitoring project execution, progress, quality, cost and schedule. Conducting site inspections and identifying technical issues. Maintaining project drawings, BOQs, estimates, reports and other technical documentation.
