Qualification and Experience: i Bachelor's degree (Hons) in IT, CS, Data Science, Statistics or Software Engineering or any other relevant degree from an HEC recognized University; and ii 5 years’ post qualification experience in the relevant field including at least one years’ experience in public sector. Competencies & Personal Attributes: Statistical Analyses. SPSS, Power BI, MS Office. Statistical Tools

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Areas of Responsibilities: Data Engineering (Operational Level) Data ingestion from multiple operational systems Structured/unstructured data transformation (ETL-lite support) Data cleaning, validation, deduplication, and normalization Data pipeline coordination with system teams Data Architecture Support (Non-system design level) Dataset structuring for analytics consumption Logical grouping of datasets for KPIs and dashboards Data categorization aligned with monitoring domains Statistical & Analytical Processing Trend analysis and time-series evaluation Pattern detection and anomaly identification Comparative performance analysis across departments/districts Risk signal identification from operational datasets Business Intelligence (BI) Layer Dashboard development (Power BI / Tableau / equivalent tools) KPI visualization frameworks (real-time + periodic) Executive reporting dashboards for senior leadership Performance Monitoring Layer KPI tracking systems aligned with BRD definitions SLA monitoring for service delivery indicators Compliance tracking metrics across enforcement domains Data Quality & Governance Data consistency checks across sources Data accuracy validation frameworks Standardization of reporting formats across departments
