Job Description & Overview

member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least five years relevant experience.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Assist the board of directors relating to the legal and financial risks of the company and ? Ensure that the company complies with all statutory regulations. Secretarial responsibilities of PGCL Board, including scheduling of meetings, drafting & issuance of minutes and internal & external coordination for PGCL conduct of business. Any other assigned responsibility from CEO or PGCL Board
