Job Description & Overview

QUALIFICATION Master’s degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Public Policy / Engineering having Master’s in Business Administration EXPERIENCE In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in public administration, project management, public sector governance, infrastructure development and on engineering related projects 5 years of experience of working in similar projects/assignments. In case of BSc Engineering degree, general experience will be counted from the date of completion of engineering degree

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist PD/DPD PRMSC in supervision and oversight of project activities, staff, individual consultants, and consultancy firms, and provide leadership support to the project on behalf of Deputy CEO PRMSC. Assist Project Director in the project management and devising the priority plans to achieve the project objectives (outcome and outputs). Oversee the operations, communications, and capacity building functions of the PIMU. Coordination with Tehsils Councils, PRMSC-TO, district government and other stakeholders of cities for identify the city needs and progress sharing at different forums Assist PD PIMU/CEO PRMSC in coordination with the key stakeholders including the World Bank, LG&CD Department, P&D Board, PSC, and relevant Tehsils Councils for activities related with the implementation of the project. Assist in the identification and acquisition of land required for PRSWSSP projects in coordination with different Government / private agencies. Assist PD/DPD PRMSC in supervision and oversight of project activities, staff, individual consultants, and consultancy firms, and provide leadership support to the project on behalf of Deputy CEO PRMSC. Assist Project Director in the project management and devising the priority plans to achieve the project objectives (outcome and outputs). Oversee the operations, communications, and capacity building functions of the PIMU. Coordination with Tehsils Councils, PRMSC-TO, district government and other stakeholders of cities for identify the city needs and progress sharing at different forums Assist PD PIMU/CEO PRMSC in coordination with the key stakeholders including the World Bank, LG&CD Department, P&D Board, PSC, and relevant Tehsils Councils for activities related with the implementation of the project. Act as an interface between PIMU head office in Lahore and SDUs in the target cities in order to facilitate efficient working relationships, coordination, and conflict resolution. Guide to prepare and consolidate expenditure framework, Budget Execution Reports, Implementation Plans and Procurement Plans required under PRSWSSP Project. Establish and lead a quality control system in PIMU including risk management, the internal policies and procedures, internal audit, communication and coordination protocols etc. to plan and monitor the implementation of project activities more efficiently. Assist PD in procurement and contract management, review and monitoring of project outputs, and follow up on action plans and proposals.
