The role involves preparing accurate CAD models and drawings, performing structural simulations, and coordinating design improvements with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams.Job Responsibilities·        Develop and update 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings for UAV structures and mechanical components.·        Perform structural analyses, including static strength, deformation, modal, buckling, and basic fatigue assessments, as required by the project.·        Prepare finite-element models by defining geometry, materials, mesh, loads, constraints, contacts, and suitable analysis conditions.·        Review analysis results, identify highly stressed or weak areas, and recommend practical design improvements.·        Check dimensions, interfaces, tolerances, mass properties, and manufacturability of designed parts and assemblies.·        Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and testing teams during prototype development, inspection, and design validation.·        Prepare analysis reports, design calculations, drawing records, revision histories, and other technical documentation.Qualification·        Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent relevant engineering discipline.Experience·        Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.·        Fresh graduates with strong CAD and structural-analysis knowledge may apply. Maximum age limit: 35 years.Skills·        CAD Tools: Working proficiency in one or more 3D CAD platforms such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX, or equivalent software.·        Structural Analysis: Basic working knowledge of finite-element analysis tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or equivalent software.·        Engineering Fundamentals: Good understanding of mechanics of materials, structural behavior, material properties, loads, stress, deformation, and factor of safety.·        Drawings and Design: Ability to prepare and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, assemblies, and basic GD&T requirements.·        Professional Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, technical documentation, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication.Additional Notes·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
