The role ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and aerospace industry standards while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Job Responsibilities·        Develop, Implement, and maintain the organization aerospace quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with applicable aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.·        Ensure Compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, customer specific requirements and applicable aviation regulations.·        Plan, conduct and support internal supplier and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.·        Monitor Quality performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.·        Lead Root Cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.·        Manage nonconforming products and coordinate corrective and preventive action activities.·        Support design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing and maintenance teams to ensure quality requirements are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.·        Evaluate supplier quality performance and participate in supplier qualification, audits and improvement initiatives.·        Support certification activities and regulatory inspections.·        Promote awareness of quality requirements through training and employee engagement programs.Qualification·        Bachelors’ degree in Aerospace engineering. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering discipline.·        Masters’ degree is an advantage.Experience·       2-3 years of relevant experience is required·       Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and production Part Approval methodologies where applicableSkills·        Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and quality management principles.·        Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, inspection and testing.Additional Notes·        Appointment will be subject to verification of Pakistan citizenship, security clearance, and successful completion of a probation period of 2-3 months.
