The role requires close coordination with engineering, stores, quality, and production teams.Job Responsibilities·        Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans, work orders, manpower allocation, and assembly priorities.·        Ensure availability of approved drawings, bills of material, work instructions, materials, tools, jigs, and fixtures before work starts.·        Supervise assigned UAV assembly, subassembly, integration, and production-support activities.·        Maintain production records, configuration status, component traceability, and work-completion documentation.·        Coordinate inspections, defect reporting, non-conformance handling, rework, and corrective actions with quality and engineering teams.·        Track production progress, delays, shortages, technical issues, and risks and report them to management.·        Ensure safety, housekeeping, tool control, workplace discipline, and on-job guidance of technical staff.Qualification·        Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent relevant disciplineExperience·        Preferably 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience. Maximum age limit: 35 years.Skills·        Basic knowledge of production planning, assembly processes, manufacturing documentation, and material control.·        Ability to read engineering drawings, bills of material, specifications, and work instructions.·        Understanding of quality checks, traceability, configuration control, defect reporting, and rework processes.·        Good problem-solving, progress-monitoring, coordination, and reporting skills.·        Ability to supervise technical staff and maintain safety, discipline, and organized work practices.Additional Notes:·        Final appointment will be confirmed after a probation period of 2-3 months.
