Job Description & Overview

Strategic Purpose: To design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms supporting SD&ED’s integrated TVET ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experience across web and mobile environments. Technical Requirements: Frontend Technologies: React.js / Next.js, React Native, Flutter, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit or equivalent state management Backend Technologies: Node.js (Express.js/NextJS / NestJS preferred), Prisma ORM Databases: Strong exposure/knowledge of SQL-based systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or equivalent) Other Requirements: API design and integration Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration Basic DevOps exposure (CI/CD pipelines, containerization is a plus) Core Competencies: Full stack architecture, system integration, problem-solving, clean coding practices

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Develop end-to-end web and mobile applications (frontend + backend) Build and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs across systems Develop responsive user interfaces and dashboards for MIS, LMS, and analytics platforms Ensure cross-platform compatibility (web and mobile applications) Integrate third-party systems and government platforms through APIs Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles with cross-functional teams Maintain proper documentation, version control, and deployment pipelines
