National Aerospace Science& Technology ParkHomeJobsContact Us Job DetailsApply for this JobDepartmentConfiguration ManagementJob TypeContractualStationNASTP Alpha RawalpindiGenderBothLast Date to Apply04-09-2026Job DescriptionThe individual is responsible to provide operational support in maintaining accurate financial records, processing routine financial transactions, preparing supporting documentation, maintaining procurement and contract payment records, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures, audit requirements, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.Job Responsibilities·Financial Records & Transaction Processing:Maintain accurate financial registers, payment records, and expenditure documentation. Process routine procurement and contract-related financial transactions, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and comply with organizational procedures before submission.·Invoice, Payment & Procurement Support:Receive, record, and process supplier invoices, assist in invoice verification, prepare payment documentation, and maintain purchase order payment records while monitoring the financial status of procurement and contract transactions.·Data Management & Documentation:Accurately enter financial data into ERP or financial management systems, maintain secure filing of financial records, and archive documents in accordance with approved document retention and record management requirements.·Audit & Compliance Support:Provide financial records and supporting documents during internal and external audits, assist in reconciliation activities, and ensure compliance with financial policies, procurement procedures, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.Qualification·        Intermediate (I.Com/FA/FSc) or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration.Experience·        1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting support, finance records, procurement finance or commercial administration.·        Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.Skills·        Basic accounting principles, financial documentation, ERP/Financial systems, Microsoft Excel, Record management, Invoice processing & Document control.
