Job Description & Overview

Preparation of all admin related cheques & MTs and put up for signatures after verification from the Accountant. Preparation / Maintenance of cashbook on daily basis. Entries of vouchers in AWACS with the coordination of DEO on daily basis Preparation of salaries on monthly basis & put up for signatures after verification by Accountant Put up cash book to Accountant on weekly basis for verification. To assist Accountant in preparation / maintenance of Ledger books/monthly reports. Hand over all cheques / letters to CR. Branch for dispatch to concerned quarter well in time. Hand over all cheques / cheque books to Accountant at the time of closing of office on daily basis. To Assist to Accountant in drafting / writing letters to be issued by Account Branch. Maintenance of TA/DA advance/GP funds advance registers & put up to Accountant on monthly basis. Updation of Prism with coordination of DEO/Accountant Maintenance of files / record and helping Assistant Director (Audit) & Assistant Audit Officer in quick disposal of office work. To help Assistant Audit Officer in examining the replies of internal audit paras received from branches of Provincial Office, District Offices & projects (SRCL, WEC, PSHs & Great Home) and compile the same under supervision of Assistant Director (Audit) & AAO for onward submission to Head Office. To assist AAO in remaining independently all claims / payments to be made as per rules & regulations of PBM. To assist AAO in examining files in Audit Branch for pre-audit / opinion.
